I love what Forever 21 likes to call a dress, it cracks me up every time. The challenge this week is to take this so called "dress" and turn it into something classy and cute. I think it was a success! I love the idea of a graphic stripe tee underneath and roughing up the ruffles with torn black skinnies. Click on the image for the links to purchase.
